Merry Christmas Everyone, And Thanks!

I know it is on Thanksgiving in which we are supposed to be and feel thankful, but it is around Christmas in which I take the time to realize how lucky I am. Thanks to you all for supporting NY Sports Cookie with your page views, comments and feedback. It would be no fun without you to interact with.

Thanks to Paul Rapisardi, Nick Karram and Will Ginsberg who contribute all graphics seen on NY Sports Cookie. You make the site look as good as it can! Thanks so much to Shane Weisberg for his continual contributions writing about the Jets and the Giants, and to Marquis Wilson whom despite not having the time to contribute on a regular basis, came up with the idea for NY Sports Cookie.

My favorite part of NY Sports Cookie is the interviews. I have had the tremendous opportunity to talk with the best and the brightest in the sports media industry. A big thanks goes to all whom have devoted 10 to 15 minutes of their time to talk with me:

Adam Rubin of ESPN NY, David Lennon of Newsday, Andy Martino of the NY Daily News, Andy McCullough of the Star Ledger, David Waldstein of the NYT, Brian Costa of the WSJ, Tommy Dee of, Alan Hahn of MSG and Newsday, Jared Zwerling of ESPN NY, Howard Beck of the NYT, Frank Isola of the NYDN, Bob Raissman of the NYDN, Neil Best of Newsday, Phil Mushnick of the NY Post, Ian O’Connor of ESPN, Bill Madden of the NYDN, Sweeny Murti of WFAN, Wallce Matthews of ESPN NY, Brian Costello of the NY Post, Anthony McCarron of the NYDN; Chris Berman of ESPN, Michael Kay of ESPN Radio and Yes Network, Ryan Ruocco of ESPN Radio, Matt Yallof of MLB Network, Tina Cervasio of MSG, Steve Somers, Evan Roberts and Marc Malusis of WFAN, Howie Schwab of ESPN, and John McEnroe, Serena Williams, Harold Reynolds, Mike Cameron, Sean Casey, Kris Benson, Darryl Hamilton, former Mets GM Jim Duquette, former NYT sports editor Tom Jolly, and President of the Baseball HOF Jeff Idelson. You all have done more than you know!

A big thanks to Matt Cerrone of, whom showcases some of my Mets interviews on his world famous site! And to Michael G. Baron, whom allows me to showcase his great Mets photography, it is a privilege.
I have been blogging for a year and seven months now, and hope to continue for a long time. To quote my cousins Grandpa Frank: “Have a cool yule, and frantic first!”
